Itama FiftyFive Motor Yacht

Itama is known for the speed of its long motor yachts, the Itama FiftyFive is certainly no different. The top speed of the Itama FiftyFive is over thirty seven knots (seventy kilometers per hour) and is powered by two diesel MAN engines each outputting 1100 HP. The spacious interior has three cabins; a master cabin, a VIP cabin and a double cabin each with an en suite bathroom and crew quarters. The boat is just under sixty two feet long and can hold a maximum of fourteen people on board.

Brasil tem iPod mais caro do mundo

SÃO PAULO - Pela segunda vez, o Brasil aparece no topo do ranking que lista os países onde o tocador da Apple custa mais.

Segundo estudo organizado pelo banco australiano Commonwealth Bank, um iPod nano de 2GB custa no Brasil em torno de US$ 358, valor mais alto do mundo. O mesmo equipamento, no Japão, é vendido pelo equivalente a US$ 146.

O banco realiza o estudo para comparar o poder de compra em diferentes países. Entre os motivos que tornam o iPod mais caro no Brasil estão, o alto imposto de importação e a taxa de câmbio. Como o real está muito valorizado, o preço em reais eqüivale a um valor mais alto em dólares, o que faz o país ter colocação mais alta no índice.

Após o Brasil, aparece a Índia onde o tocador é vendido por US$ 241. Nos Estados Unidos, o produto custa US$ 149 e no Canadá US$ 153.

O banco australiano avalia o custo do iPod em 27 países para elaborar o índice.

We already knew it was coming and knew what it'd look like, but we've now got the official word from Dell on its new high-end XPS 720 H2C Edition, which is sure to delight those with big pocketbooks and a penchant for slanted boxes. Boasting a starting price in the neighborhood of $6,000, this mammoth rig comes equipped with your choice of factory overclocked QX6700 or QX6800 Core 2 Extreme processors, dual GeForce 8800 GTX or GeForce 8800 Ultra graphics cards, a pair of 160GB SATA hard drives, some overclocked Corsair Dominator DDR2 memory, a Blu-ray drive, and, of course, Dell's trademark H2C thermo-electric/liquid cooling system. As of yet, there's no word on a non-H2C model. Those in the U.S. can get their orders in now, while those in Europe will have to wait a few more weeks.

VW Golf GTI W12 650 Concept

It would appear that the Audi TT clubsport was just an appetizer for the fans at the Wörthersee 2007 meet in Austria. Volkswagen has upped the ante by throwing down a stunner: the Golf GTI W12 650 concept. The ultimate GTI in every way, this car has a claimed top speed of 325 km/h -- 201 mph! -- and a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) of 3.7 seconds.

This is a pure show car, so don't go running to your VW dealer waving around a fistful of cash. He won't be able to help you. Too bad, though, as this super Golf dishes out a mammoth 650 horsepower and over 530 ft lbs of torque from the 6.0L biturbo W12 it's got mounted behind the front seats. All that juice flows through a 6-speed automatic to the rear wheels, which are shod in some seriously meaty rubber.

Lower and wider than a stock GTI, the body retains the production car's doors, hood and lights, but otherwise it's all new. A number of intakes and a redesigned C-pillar help feed air to the 12-cylinder behemoth supplying the go-power. To keep the car planted to the tarmac, VW didn't want to use a massive spoiler to generate downforce. As such, the car's carbon-fiber roof acts as a giant diffuser that funnels air under the small spoiler at its trailing edge. In summary, the whole thing is a big exercise in the awesome.

Motorola apresenta o novo RAZR 2

A Motorola anunciou oficialmente o sucessor de um dos mais icônicos telefones celulares já feitos, o RAZR 2. Disponível em variantes 3.6Mbps HSDPA (V9), EV-DO (V9m) e GSM / EDGE variants (V8), as versões GSM e CDMA do aparelho são 2mm mais finas que seu predecessor e - em algumas versões - será o segundo aparelho da Motorola a utilizar a nova plataforma baseada em Linux (o primeiro foi o Z6). Ele inclui a tecnologia que a Motorola chama de "Crystal Talk", que ajusta automaticamente o voulme e o tom baseado no ruído do ambiente.

Outros recursos incluem controles externos para música, vibração para feedback tátil quando as teclas na tela touchscreen externa são pressionadas, um browser completo HTML, câmera de 2 megapixels, Bluetooth, sincronização com o Windows Media Player, display externo QVGA de 2 polegadas, display interno QVGA de 2.2 polegadas e uma resolução de tela duas vezes maior que a do RAZR original. As versões GSM começarão a ser vendidas no início de Julho e as CDMA até o final do verão americano. O preço esperado é de aproximadamente US$ 500.

Performance figures of the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo displacement engine speak volumes: A rated power output of 730 hp / 537 kW at 5,100 rpm is just as extraordinary as a peak torque of 1,320 Nm at just 2,100 rpm. In the car peak torque is limited electronically to 1,100 Nm.

Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a modified five-speed automatic transmission. The optionally available BRABUS locking differential optimizes traction. All BRABUS drivetrain elements are operated with ARAL high-performance lubricants.

The BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo coupe is not just the most powerful; it is also the fastest street-legal of its kind. 0 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, 200 km/h after just 11.9 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 340 km/h are all without equal.

The enormous performance of the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo coupe places exceptionally high demands on the aerodynamic-enhancement parts that were developed in the wind tunnel. Among them are BRABUS Monoblock light-alloy wheels with diameters of 18, 19, 20 or 21 inches. The largest tire/wheel combination features BRABUS Monoblock VI and E wheels in sizes 9Jx21 in front and 10.5Jx21 on the rear axle. The largest corresponding tires are size 265/30 ZR 21 in front and size 295/30 ZR 21 in the rear. BRABUS recommends Pirelli and YOKOHAMA high-performance tires.

The BRABUS module for the standard ABC suspension is specifically calibrated to these high-performance tires, and lowers the ride height of the two-door by some 25 millimeters. For further optimized active safety the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo coupe can be equipped with the BRABUS high-performance brake system. Maximum fade-free stopping power is provided on the front axle by 380 x 36 millimeter discs and 12-piston aluminum fixed calipers. The rear features 355 x 28 millimeter discs and six-piston aluminum fixed calipers.

BRABUS also fulfills any requests imaginable when it comes to exclusive interior options.
